The vision of our organization is to create a world free of child sexual abuse and women’s harassment. Our mission is to empower individuals, families, communities, and society with prevention and intervention skills to reduce the occurrence of child sexual abuse and heal its psychological consequences.
We have been fortunate to touch the lives of 1 million children and adults through our direct work and through partnerships. However, these 10 years have not been merely about numbers, these have been about touching lives and being left with profound learnings.
Security Message
We work for rural communities who are deprived of vocational skills, livelihood and opportunities for sustainable development. We work for rural youth, but women and farmers are our prime focus. We believe in holistic aproaches in solutions and therefore it needs to engage the entire community in the development process.
About Banswara Karate Sansthan NGO
The condition of women in Rajasthan is worse than that in other states.The sex ratio is very poor,they are poorly employed or else unemployed, and the number of them attending schools is poor in comparison to other states. More than 40 women lodge complaints of domestic violence in the state per day. ‘Majestic’ Rajasthan ranks third highest in terms of crimes against women as per National Crime Records Bureau-NCRB. In terms of rape, it stands second highest in terms of number of cases.
BANSWARA KARATE SANSTHAN (as’ Way of life yoga’ name or WOLY) works toward enhancing the society’s standards of living to a superior level where there exists equality, justice, mutual respect and moral values.It specially works towards the empowerment of women , the upliftmentment of children’s life style and creation of awareness.
.It was established in year 2003-2004.
We help children suffering from substance abuse by providing education, councelling and medical aid.We try to join them with sports and yoga to boost their physical and mental growth and try to impart moral values to them so that they may become good citizens of India.
